Leading youth media brand W!ZARD Radio Media is excited to announce it’s boldest disruption to-date with a new content strategy (including a new broadcast radio schedule for W!ZARD Radio Station and new content deals for production studio W!ZARD Studios) launching in January 2020.

As the company celebrates 10 years of innovation and forward-thinking content in 2020, it will be introducing:

  • 12 new radio presenters from January 2020
  • A new adjusted 41 hour-a-week broadcasting schedule launching on 3rd January 2020
  • 20 hours of new on-demand audio content every week from 6th January 2020


W!ZARD Radio Station, the market leading online teen radio station, is excited to welcome 12 new faces to it’s radio station from 3rd January 2020 as it undertakes it’s biggest content shuffle to-date.

From 3rd January 2020, W!ZARD Radio Station will be broadcasting for 41 hours a week (from 50 hours a week) – from 11am to 1am (13 hours) on Fridays, 11am to 1am (13 hours) on Saturdays and 11am to Midnight (12 hours) on Sunday. The adjusted schedule offers a unique opportunity for the W!ZARD Radio Station team to focus on high quality, teen-focused content every week.

The new schedule features new talented including new current affairs programming from Nina Porter and Rose Lander (replacing Benji Hyer’s long-running current affairs radio show), new music radio shows from UnitedKpop (K-Pop), Rhiannon Nevada (Indie/Rock), Rojan Said (new music), Eartha Stasaiyte (hip-hop/rap) and Najwa The Light (R&B) and new entertainment shows from Brandon Boyd, Latifa Ghalib, Lauren & Lyra, Maya Egbo and – live from Brazil – Isabela Afonso.

The market leader in youth-focused on-demand audio content, W!ZARD Studios will be increasing it’s focus to a broad range of audio and visual projects from January 2020 – including the introduction of 20 hours of new on-demand audio content from 6th January 2020.

Podcasts joining the W!ZARD Studios slate from January including: Busy Being Black, an untitled Benji Hyer podcast project, UnitedKpop, a new body positivity podcast titled Women of My Generation as well as a new, weekly current affairs podcast Where We Are (with Taryn Siegel).

These join W!ZARD Studios’ slate of podcasts including: Demystified, To Be Discussed (with Kup & Gurr), Alec Feldman: The Podcast and more.
