On Friday, 15th May 2020, we invited some of our favourite emerging artists from around the world to come on-air, sing a bit, chat a bit to help lift the blues we’re all feeling right now. It was: LIVE FROM HOME.

This girl is one of the most exciting new acts to come out of Australia.

Breaking through last year with debut EP “5 Weeks In LA” (including our favourite “Bitter”), Evie Irie is as cool as she is talented (that would be: a lot). With an energy unmatched by her peers, she is quickly catching the attention (and adoration) of fans all around the world – from Sydney to London.

With new single “Worst Enemy” starting to make waves, Evie called into LIVE FROM HOME from Copacabana (a real place in Australia) to talk about making “5 Weeks In LA”, being inspired by Queen and new music.
