In early 2015 I approached Nickeldeon with a concept for a new TV show. I wanted to air a show about the Hollywood misadventures of four hockey players from Minnesota who are selected to form a boy band.

They sounded intrigued but suspicious.

In development I told them that the characters would be called Kendall, James, Carlos and Logan and the band (also the name of the show) could be Tig Rime Bush! They said that they aired a similar show, but the creator of that was working on a new show which I should tune in and watch!

Okay, that story is a joke but the new show isn’t! Scott Fellows (creator of Big Time Rush) has a new show on Nickelodeon and it’s called… 100 Thing’s To Do Before High School!

The series tells the tale of three teens (like you and me… how relatable!) in Middle School named CJ, Fen and Crispo who take on a bucket list of challenges they want to achieve before starting high school.

It all starts when CJ Martin (played by new Nickelodeon star, Isabela Moner) is warned by her older brother that life after middle school isn’t quite the teenage dream. After realising that she only has a short time left to make the most of her middle school years she partners with her two best friends Fenwick (Jaheem Toombs) and Crispo (Owen Joyner) to get the most out of this time by using an ever-expanding list of challenges to do before high school.

The show premiere’s on Monday 28th September at 4.30pm (UK time) only on Nickelodeon.

BUT, it gets better than that my friends!

On the week starting the 28th, there will be a whole week of brand new episodes! After then, you can expect new episodes every Friday at 4.30pm (UK time)

Also, sneak peek of the first episode will be available a week before the TV premiere – visit nick.co.uk/100things. At the same time you’ll also be able to find quizzes, BTS clips and more!

So, Monday 28th September at 4.30pm (UK time) only on Nickelodeon. We’ll see you there!
